1cupraw cashews (soaked in hot water for at least 2 hours)
3/4cuphot water
2tbspnutritional yeast
1/2tspsalt
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/2tspcumin
1/8tspchili power
1/2or morechipotle pepper in adobo sauce(use more if you like it spicy!)
Instructions
Soak cashews in hot water for at least 2 hours. Drain and rinse. Add all ingredients (including the 3/4 cup hot water) to a blender and process until smooth. Add more water if needed for desired consistency.Serve warm or cold.
