1 1/2 tbsp vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance) optional
1 cup Lightlife Sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose white flour
2 cups rice milk or other milk alternative (unsweetened)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can store-bought vegan biscuits, cooked according to package.
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add Lightlife Sausage and chop up while cooking. Sprinkle flour, salt, & pepper over the cooked sausage and stir to cover completely. Cook over low heat about a 1 minute. Slowly add milk, stirring until combined making sure there are no lumps. Bring to a slight boil then cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until desired consistency.
